Cultivating transformation

Drawing inspiration from the timeless narrative where underdogs triumph against the giants, my research illuminates how seemingly insurmountable challenges are surmounted by game-changers and offers insights into the transformative process that allows modern-day Davids to ascend to positions of influence and leadership.

My research focuses on how peripheral players, new ventures, and innovations move from the margins to become central in their fields. I study the strategies these entities use to overcome the obstacles, beat the odds, and change the rules of the game. My work offers insights into the transformative processes that propel them from the margins to the mainstream.

Spanning a variety of sectors—including emerging technologies, healthcare innovations, political movements, military strategies, and climate change initiatives—my work seeks to unravel the complex interplay between human enterprise and systemic change. This broad perspective allows me to uncover principles that underlie success in these diverse areas, offering valuable lessons for management theorists and practitioners seeking to understand or replicate such triumphs.
