I am a Research Fellow at Imperial Business School, working at the Leonardo Centre on Business for Society, where I lead a Systemic Innovation Lab (aka Country Lab) and develop thought leadership on systemic evolution.
I am also a visiting researcher at the Purpose Centre at HEC Paris, an affiliated researcher at the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Network at Warwick Business School, and a visiting fellow at Cranfield School of Management. In 2023, I was a visiting researcher at IAE Business School in Argentina.
Before academia, I worked in international development, leading large-scale change initiatives and policy and program development in the Global South, and I served as an advisor to executive groups.
